Implement the quality management within the plant and assure the quality of the products and processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards and a quality management system on basis of ZF standards.

• Develop and specify inspection and test plans on basis of internal quality

assurance procedures, methods and tools based on ZF standards.

• Support the certification according to IATF 16949.

• Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate

the involvement of in- and external auditors.

• Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection

of solutions.

• Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and

processes.

• Cooperate with customers, sub-contractors and independent inspection and

actively engage in global ZF Quality Management Network.

• Lead, motivate and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject

of quality management.

• Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and

participate in projects and sub-projects.

Competencies and experiences:

Degree in engineering or quality management.

Min. 5 years of professional experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels

Strong leadership and management skills

Fluent English
