Key responsibilities including (but not limited to):
Account Management
Achieve sales and orders objective at the target prices in assigned accounts.
Maintain strong relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for allocated accounts.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions.
Build long term strategical alliance with key accounts by continuous added value.
Opportunity Management
Prospect for new customers and business opportunities in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customers.
Utilize CRM to identify and develop sales opportunities with target customers.
Lead & coordinate proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning meetings for new customers’ interest and inquiries.
Lead successful negotiation of business opportunities, interfacing with key buyer influencers.
Market Awareness
Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of Sagarit products and competitors’ products, updating on a quarterly basis competitive analysis and strategies.
Develop and maintain expertise of market and trends in order to understand customer demands and challenges as well as educating customer based on their business needs.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Commercial English, or related.
Over 5 years of export sales experience, with minimum 3 years in key account management. Proficiency in strategic selling principles and tools.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and team spirit to interact with multiple levels of position and departments.
Effective and active presentation skills, strong client orientation and desire to continuously improve expertise.
Strong market analytical and business sense, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong self-learning skills, highly motivated, self-driven, result oriented and being patient.
Proficiency in both oral and written English.
Be able to travel in North America.
Experience in furniture or sanitary ware industry is preferred.
