职位描述
This role is a major contributor to market development, including the development and maintenance of the target market for managed pressure drilling (including under-balanced) and well control equipment, as well as related technical services, with a focus on the Middle East and Asia-Pacific markets.
As a job applicant, you should reside neither in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or in China. Alternatively, you should be able to travel to these regions upon business needs and stay for a short to medium term.
Responsibilities
-Conducting market research on targeted markets to study competitor situation and customer needs;
-Formulate corresponding sales strategies based on the product line's technical characteristics and value, and provide customers with appropriate solutions;
-Responsible for creating/improving market development materials, organizing exhibition promotion work, and organizing technical exchanges with important customers;
-Customer management, including customer due diligence, risk control, and management of the company's CRM system;
-Sales planning, including formulating product line sales targets and sales plans, and implementing them effectively. Track business opportunities and drive sales progress to ensure sales targets are achieved.
-Contract signing and execution, including terms negotiations and reviewing, risk identifying and controlling, and ensuring the terms of the contract are in line with the company's interests and legal regulations.
-Sales analysis and reporting, including conducting market and competitor analysis to provide a basis for company decision-making;
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering or technical majors related to oil and gas, well engineering, oil field development engineering, mechanical manufacturing etc.;
-Minimum 10 years of work experience with 5 years or more of experience in sales and project operations of managed pressure drilling (including under-balanced), well control equipment, and related technical services,
-Familiar with drilling equipment and targeting market conditions, able to identify and explore the commercial value of our product lines for customers, and discover business opportunities.
-Candidates with sales and project operations experience in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Iran, Iraq, etc.), Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.), and the CIS (Russia, Turkmenistan, etc.) will be preferred;
-Familiar with international tendering affairs, able to organize and prepare tender documents proficiently. Candidates with international tendering experience will be preferred;
-Able to independently undertake sales work in key regions, and able to travel frequently or be stationed abroad (Middle East or Southeast Asia) for medium to long-term periods;
-Possess good English proficiency; candidates with Arabic language skills will be a plus.
