岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）
1. 负责汽车零部件产品从 QTR（质量技术要求）阶段到 PPAP（生产件批准程序）的全流程质量管控，确保各环节符合客户及行业标准。
2. 主导质量体系的建立、维护与改进，包括 IATF16949 等汽车行业相关体系，组织内部审核与管理评审，确保体系有效运行。
3. 参与客户项目的前期策划，结合项目管理经验，制定质量目标与控制计划，识别潜在质量风险并推动解决。
4. 处理客户质量投诉与反馈，进行根本原因分析（如使用 8D、鱼骨图等工具），制定并跟踪整改措施，确保问题闭环。
5. 与供应商紧密协作，开展供应商质量审核与绩效评估，推动供应商提升质量水平，保障零部件供应质量。
6. 收集、分析质量数据，编制质量报告，为管理层决策提供依据，持续推动产品与过程质量的提升。
任职要求（Job Requirements）
1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上汽车行业质量工程师工作经验。
2. 熟悉汽车行业质量体系（IATF16949）及相关标准，具备丰富的质量体系搭建与维护经验，有成功通过体系认证的案例。
3. 具备扎实的项目管理能力，熟悉项目开发流程，能有效整合资源推动项目质量目标达成。
4. 拥有从 QTR 到 PPAP 全流程的质量管理经验，深入理解各阶段的关键质量控制点与要求。
5. 有大众汽车供应商工作经验者优先，熟悉大众的质量标准、审核流程及要求。
6. 英语熟练，能作为工作语言，流利进行口语交流与书面沟通，可独立阅读和撰写英文技术文件及报告。
7. 具备良好的问题解决能力、沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，持有六西格玛绿带 / 黑带证书者优先。
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the full-process quality control of auto parts from the QTR (Quality Technical Requirement) stage to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ensuring that all links comply with customer and industry standards.
2. Lead the establishment, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems, including IATF16949 and other auto industry-related systems, organize internal audits and management reviews to ensure the effective operation of the systems.
3. Participate in the pre-planning of customer projects, formulate quality objectives and control plans based on project management experience, identify potential quality risks and promote solutions.
4. Handle customer quality complaints and feedback, conduct root cause analysis (such as using 8D, fishbone diagram and other tools), formulate and track rectification measures to ensure problem closure.
5. Collaborate closely with suppliers, conduct supplier quality audits and performance evaluations, promote suppliers to improve quality levels, and ensure the quality of parts supply.
6. Collect and analyze quality data, compile quality reports, provide a basis for management decisions, and continuously promote the improvement of product and process quality.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience as a quality engineer in the automotive industry.
2. Familiar with automotive industry quality systems (IATF16949) and related standards, with rich experience in building and maintaining quality systems, and having successful cases of passing system certification.
3. Possess solid project management capabilities, be familiar with project development processes, and effectively integrate resources to promote the achievement of project quality objectives.
4. Have quality management experience in the whole process from QTR to PPAP, and deeply understand the key quality control points and requirements of each stage.
5. Work experience in Volkswagen suppliers is preferred, familiar with Volkswagen's quality standards, audit processes and requirements.
6. Proficiency in English, able to use it as a working language, fluent in oral communication and written communication, and able to independently read and write English technical documents and reports.
7. Have good problem-solving ability, communication and coordination ability and team spirit, and those with Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification are preferred.
