职位描述
Description:
This position provides electrical engineering for critical parts manufacturing. The position works to identify and execute strategic manufacturing engineering efforts for process sensitive parts to drive production with high productivity, high quality & yield, high robustness. This role requires the interaction with product design engineering teams to ensure the product quality and productivity goals.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Developing innovative process designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability
• Engaging in all phases of new product introduction and process development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.
• Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost
• Leading high mechanical accuracy process and equipment design
• Delivering improvements to process and equipment for high quality and productivity
• Validating process and equipment performance
• Participate in new product introductions through process layout, equipment/tool development, and process development.
• Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation
• Maintain key equipment and process in good production performance
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
5. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above in Automation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. Experience in production process (Manufacturing) or machine Engineering design
3. Good experience in electrical automation device design or maintenance, such as MCU, PLC, Motor, Sensor, etc
4. Experience with program coding, such as C, C++, Java, etc
