Job Overview:

1. Assist to manage the BU China Capital expenditure management process, incl. prepare the Capital investment business case, manage the Capital investment approval and execution process for BU China

2. Strategic project supports, includes financial simulation, market intelligence collection, feasibility study, project administrative etc

3. Support in Budget process, include Commercial operation planning, CAPEX and operations

4. Business partner role of one business segment, incl. finance planning, monthly closing and business review, finance support in commercial operation, compliance and risk management

5. Participate in the annual internal audit efforts and business review

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in budget / strategy plan process.

2. Business case building up, Finance modelling

3. Actively communicate with stakeholders, e.g. plant, finance, Commercial, Segment, BU & AFAP management

4. Overall responsible for the business segment assigned.

5. Other project assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience

1. Previously worked in management accounting or costing analyst type roles for a minimum of 5 years.

2. Worked in manufacturing industry is preferred.

3. Good business acumen with logic thinking. Able to convert the idea into actions, measured in monetary term.

4. Quick learner in different business.

5. Team communication skill

6. Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written will be necessary to communicate effectively across the regions, as well as presentation skills

Education and Certifications

1. Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis related majors

2. CPA preferred
