Responsibilities:

1) To study project specifications, to make technical clarifications and prepare the bidding documents.

2) To discuss the technical issues with supplier and make clarification.

3) To perform the inspection of cargo quality.

4) To coordinate the quality inspection performed by client and/or the 3rd inspector.

5) To analysis quality problems and find root cause with inspector and supplier, in order to make quick corrective measures and ensure the delivery time.

6) To check the technical documents submitted by suppliers, such as MPS, ITP as well as MTC and testing reports.

7) To attend the settlement of quality claim.

Working Place:

In Shanghai, but some time out of Shanghai for business

Education Background：

Minimum
junior college education, engineering background, Welding/Mechanical major is
preferred.

Work Experience：

1) 5 years working experience, good knowledge of piping materials and familiar with related international standards such as ASME, API, EN and etc.

2) Working experience of design or quality in welded pipe mill or pressure vessel mill with knowledge of NDT (RT/UT/PT/ MT) will be highly preferred.

Foreign Language：

CET-4 level at least, good reading and writing skill as minimum, good English speaking and listening will be a plus.

Skills：

IT skills in spreadsheets, presentations and documents (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
