Essential Job Functions:

l Lead negotiation for assigned suppliers

l Lead re-sourcing / VAVE projects for assigned projects

l Sourcing key focal for supplier SERA/Risk assessment process and align
with Pall global/DHR practices

l Support EPMS/new win quotation and re-activated PN quotation according
to commodity strategy

l Monitor commodity trend for raw material

l Lead PMI report data collection

l
Support/Evaluate
PIR change impact and apply for PIR/SL/Block/Unblock process accordingly

l
Support
new supplier on-boarding process and existing supplier change process

l
Lead
sourcing team system excellence for SAP, SAC, iSource, SERA, DHR portal, Power
BI, etc

l
Department
reporting focal and improving reporting efficiency by streamlining process, digitalization
and automation

l
BOM cost
analysis for assigned product

l
Sourcing
contract management, including but not limited to MSA, rebate, VMI, NDA, etc

Other
tasks assigned by supervisor

Minimum
Qualifications

l Bachelor’s degree in engineering related majors. From well-known
college is preferred. Master’s degree in engineering is preferred

l System (especially SAP/SAC/Power BI/etc) savvy and open mindset to
improve through AI/automation/digitalization

l Strong willingness to develop long term career in strategic
sourcing and manufacturing area

l Oral and writing proficiency in English

l Good communication skills & team work spirit is a must

l 1-2 years sourcing/procurement work experience, preferred in MNC

l Energetic, adapt to flexible working hours and 10% travel

l Strong integrity/compliance sense with flawless record

l Result oriented, capable of working under pressure, adapting to DBS
culture
