Requirements
Education
1、Bachelor/Master's Degree
2、Advanced degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
Experience
1、3-5 Years SAP quality management and SAP logistic solution experience
2、Consulting firm and internal solutioning dept. experience preferred
3、Familiar with China GMP, GxP and CSV with pharmacy or medical technology company working experience.
4、Profound experience as solution consultant/architect in SAP transformation or comparable projects.
5、In-depth knowledge of technologies (incl. cloud) and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g., AEB, OpenText), incl. their integration.
6、Extensive knowledge of global template processes for one or multiple process domains (e.g., Quality Management).
7、Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications.
8、Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and engage with stakeholders at all levels
9、Fluent in English and Chinese
Main Tasks
1、Design functional & technical SAP S/4HANA solutions (incl. integration with satellite systems) based on business & IT requirements.
2、Coordination & channeling of development work towards the global development factories.
3、Provide expertise on SAP best practice architectures & technologies as support for the deployment teams.
4、Challenge necessity of process deviations and be a strong advocate for standardization.
5、Ensure adherence with architecture principles and standards.
6、Review configuration and functional specification documents and manage the approval process to verify compliance and accuracy
7、Support testing activities, incl. review and coordination of bug fixing.
8、Support cutover, migration and hypercare for end-to-end process domain.
9、Oversee the preparation and execution of test plans, ensuring they align with project timelines and uphold quality standards.
10、Address and resolve post-implementation issues, facilitating continuous improvement and optimization of deployed solutions.
