负责完成年度商业业态招商目标，重点引进大餐饮（800m2以上）、体验式业态、娱乐及大健康业态（合计约800m)，确保项目入驻率及品牌质量，提升商业体整体竞争力。
Responsible for achieving the annual retail leasing target , with a focus on introducing large F & B ( over 800m), and also they experiential , entertainment and health category ( totaling approximately 800 square meters ), ensuring project occupancy rate and brand quality , and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the retail entity .
协助商业总监招商工作，确保年度招商面积目标达成。
Assist the Retail Director in leasing work , ensuring the achievement of annual leasing
targets .
负责餐饮、运动娱乐休闲等业态的品牌开发、客户洽谈及带看，推动项目落位．
Responsible for brand development , customers negotiation , and viewing of catering , sports , entertainment , and leisure industries , and promoting mall positioning .
