岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1.业务流程文档Business Process Documentation
· 指导业务团队进行现有流程盘点。
Guide and coach business experts in conducting as-is process stocktaking.
· 巩固和维护一个全面的过程文档库，以支持当前和未来的项目。
Consolidate and maintain a comprehensive process documentation library to support current and future projects.
2.业务分析和需求管理Business Analysis & Requirement Management
· 收集、分析并验证关键用户的业务需求。
Collect, analyze, and validate business requirements from key users.
· 与项目团队沟通，确保需求被清楚地理解和正确地处理。
Interface with the project team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly addressed.
· 跟踪和跟进要求的执行，以确保及时完成。
Track and follow up on the implementation of requirements to ensure timely completion.
3.系统专业知识和培训System Expertise & Training
· 作为SAP SD模块的主题专家。
Act as an SAP subject matter expert in SD modules.
· 为业务团队提供培训课程和知识迁移。
Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to business experts.
· 提供通用SAP解决方案和最佳实践的指导。
Provide guidance on common SAP solutions and best practices.
4.项目管理办公室支持Project Management Office (PMO) Support
· 支持项目计划、执行和监控活动。
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
· 跟踪和跟进工作分解结构（WBS）要素，确保按时完成。
Track and follow up on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to ensure timely completion.
· 参与项目报告和风险识别。
Contribute to project reporting and risk identification.

任职要求Job Requirement
1.大学本科及以上学历，信息技术、业务分析、管理等专业
Bachelor’s degree and above, major in IT、business analysis、management etc.
2.2年以上作为关键用户、顾问或技术专家的SAP实施、支持或系统维护经验，有跨职能或国际项目工作经验者优先。
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or system maintenance as a key user, consultant, or technical specialist. Prior experience working in cross-functional or international project environments is a plus.
3.熟悉SAP S/4HANA SD功能以及典型的业务解决方案，熟悉SAP MM & EWM优先考虑
Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and typical business solutions, exposure to SAP MM & EWM is an advantage
4.了解订单到现金和生产计划的端到端业务流程。
Understanding of end-to-end business processes in order-to-cash and production planning.
5.熟练的英语听说读写能力，能在国际环境中高效工作。
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively in an international environment.
6.具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，能够与业务团队高效沟通并建立牢固的合作关系
Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, capable of communicating efficiently with the business team and establishing solid cooperative relationships
