Your key responsibilities include:
• Deliver high-quality product solutions that improve or enhance finance-related
systems and workflows.
• Maintain and improve existing products by monitoring usage and operational data, and incorporating feedback from finance and business teams
• Develop and refine product solution proposals, build concepts, and lead function design, to add maximal value with minimal overhead
• Communicate status across different multi-functional groups and management
levels, as appropriate - from individual contributors to executive management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress product/platform
development
• Facilitate decision making with relevant stakeholders and drive all open items to closure
• Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to
resolve
• Track outstanding actions required to achieve desired timelines
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design and delivery, ideally in data platforms, backend systems, or business tooling
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with finance-related systems, such as budgeting,
forecasting, rebate/expense management, or financial reporting
• Proven ability to develop product prototypes to explore and validate early ideas;
strong UX intuition and attention to detail
• Strong familiarity with Agile development; able to lead iterative product delivery
cycles in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication in Mandarin and English; confident
presenting to diverse audiences
• Ability to quickly absorb new ideas, with strong listening and comprehension skills
• Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and deep technical problem
solving
• Experience designing tools for financial digitalization, business automation, or
analytics workflows
• Familiarity with data science or machine learning concepts; hands-on experience is
a plus
• Integration experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
Dynamics)
• Understanding of financial standards and controls (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP)
• Proficient in BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with modern data stack is a plus
Education & Experience
M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field; or B.S. with equivalent industry experience
