Routine Work：
Based on the laboratory platform and evolving business needs, conduct the analysis of requirements, scheme design, development deployment, and delivery acceptance of the lab informatic management system.
Provide implementation training and technical support, solve technical problems encountered by laboratory personnel during use, and ensure stable system operation.
Communication with local IT and global IT to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory platform.
Participate in the management of laboratory instruments or large equipment, especially in matters related to IT, identify and solve problems to ensure the normal operation of experimental activities.
Support in different functional areas by developing smart digital tools, such as dashboard, quality system visualization tools, or other tools related to lab information management, etc., thru python, power BI or other software/application.
Lab Activities
Ensure all the related activities are compliant with the laboratory quality system.
Engage in lab various relevant activities, including but not limited to safety program, GLP trainings, occupational health program, etc..
Familiar with relevant platforms, with experience in independently completing form design, workflow configuration, permission management, and data dashboard development.
Understand low code development logic and be able to implement complex business scenarios through function formulas, data linkage, and automation rules.
Familiar with API interface calling and data interaction principles.
Master basic database knowledge (SQL syntax, table structure design), able to optimize data storage and query efficiency
Understand scripting languages such as JavaScript/Python, capable of extending complex functions.
Able to quickly understand customer business pain points and output specific solutions.
Education, Qualifications & Experience：
College degree or above in computer science, information management, software engineering or related majors; 1+ year of experience in low code development or over 3 years of experience in traditional software development/implementation is preferred.
Be familiar with lab system and good user of python, power BI such tools are preferred.
