Responsibilities工作职责:
1.
Service interface with the
customers in the territory; 承担本地区的客户服务界面;
2.
Responsible for service order
fulfillment: order entry, goods receiving, quotation and follow-up and on-time
delivery; 负责接待客户订单, 收货, 报价以及报价确认跟进, 发货等事宜;
3.
Responsible for implementing
customer satisfaction survey and reporting the survey statistics; 负责客户满意度调查;
4.
Perform the roles defined in the
ISO9001/ISO17025; 执行管理体系中规定的相关职责;
5.
Other work as per company’s
request. 其他工作。
Qualifications职位要求:
1.
Bachelor or above degree of
Business Administration, International Trade;
工商管理/国际贸易或其它相关专业本科及以上学历;
2.
Min. of 3 years working experience
in related field; 三年以上相关领域工作经验;
3.
Multinational company working
experience is preferred; 具有跨国公司的工作经验;
4.
Good communication skill and
capable in coordination; 良好的沟通技巧和协调能力;
5.
Good knowledge of MS office; 熟练使用办公软件;
6.
Good sense of responsibility and
teamwork; 具有工作责任感和团队合作精神;
7.
Pro-actively solve problem and
find solutions; 善于积极主动解决问题;
8.
SAP experience is preferred. 有SAP使用经验优先考虑。
