Product content strategy and development
 Understand gaming audiences and key communication channels to develop omnichannel content strategies for Lenovo Legion and Lenovo LOQ.
 Create NPI (new product introduction) omnichannel assets and eTail A+ product pages with creative agencies.
 Create EPI (Back-to-school and holiday) omnichannel assets.
 Manage project schedules and ensure on time delivery.
 Manage partner content approvals, budget planning, alliance operation process etc.
ETail acceleration program
 Support on strategic planning on improving Gaming products’ online shopping experiences. Including set up case studies, understand industry benchmarks and trends.
 Drive eTail syndication program in European countries. Manage translation, page delivery, testing and reporting with agency.
 Explore cross-channel content strategy – i.e. UGC syndication, review syndication – to accelerate considerations and brand competitiveness.
Global retail guidance creation & RDX management
 Collaborate with global gaming brand team to build physical / in-store retail guidance base on new gaming ecosystem and brand visual identity.
 Manage and upload Retail Demo Experience content on digital retail portal.
 Design customized retail experience for Gaming brand and Halo products.
 Understand retail requirement and build global playbook. Drive local adoptions with frequent communications with geography teams.
Position Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree above, 2-5 years experience in marketing, sales, streatic planning, operations functions or equivalent expertise areas. Marketing, consulting or Tech background is plus.
 Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and marketing and business acumen.
 Retail or eTail experience is plus. Agency background is plus. IT/3C industry background is plus.
 Excellent communication skills, professional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI. Open to learn/explore AI tools for work efficiency.
 Capable to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, work in complicated environment, multitasking under timeline pressure.
 Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership. Good project management skill, able to adapt to flexible working hours.
 Be agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
 Professional proficiency in English.
