Job overview:
In this role incumbent will spearhead and be responsible for developing and executing sales plans on Channel KA business
growth, utilize personal merits of experience, knowledge, leadership etc. as well resources from organization internal and
external to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Support General Manager to develop and execute long-term and short-term strategies for business growth.
2. Analyze market trend and competitors’ status, explore customer insight and value proposition to develop sustainable
growth with strategic accounts.
3. Identify and translate opportunities into commercial initiatives in Channel KA segment
4. Grow new business opportunities in the existing as well as new segments by leveraging products, service and platforms.
5. Build strong business partnership with key accounts/customers, manage the value chain and provide solutions to realize
business returns.
6. Develop teams and demonstrate leadership on guiding, motivating and coaching skills
7. Other responsibility or tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. More than 8 years of working experience in auto related industry and 5 years of working experience in Channel KA development, managerial experience is preferable.
3. Demonstrated good experience of sales and commercial related field, experience in lubricant oil industry or aftermarket is preferable.
4.Good communication and skillful in MS office;
5. Good selling and presentation skills
6. Fluent in both oral & written English & Mandarin
