Key responsibilities 主要职责:

1. 按照中国财税法规，正确编制相关财务记账凭证，确保会计分录及数据的正确性；

Prepare accounting vouchers according to Chinese finance and tax regulations.

2. 负责审核业务系统中应收应付数据的正确性；

Review AR and AP figures in system.

3. 负责与总部GSC，与国内外客户及代理核对确认应收款项；

Perform AR reconciliation with GSC, clients and agents.

4. 负责应收账款的核销以及核销单管理；

Prepare AR receipt entries and manage tax refund documents.

5. 负责应付款项的对账、支付申请及核销；

Perform AP reconciliation; prepare payment application and AP payment entries.

6. 完成上级布置的工作。

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements 资质要求:

1. 会计专业毕业，2年以上国际货代或快件行业财务工作经验；

Accounting Major, 2 years Accounting Experience in Forwarding/Express field;

2. 助理会计师职称，具良好会计基础；

Assistant Accountant, with good accounting basis;

3. 熟练运用MS Windows 操作系统及财务软件，英语熟练；

MS Office & Accounting Software applications, English Proficiency;

4. 具财务人员良好职业道德和素养，工作认真负责，严守公司财务机密。
