工作职责：
-Design highly scaleable, extensible, secured and high performance banking system.
-Lead team to implement microservices-based applications using technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Docker.
-Write high-quality, maintainable, readable and secured code for core component / framework.
-Troubleshoot issues in our backend systems provide feasible short, middle and long term solutions.
-Work with our DevOps team to deploy the solution and explore solution with higher efficiency.
任职资格：
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 8 years of experience in Java backend development and 3 years of experience on a team leader position.
-Focus on Java application design and implementation, cloud experience is a plus
-Experienced with banking industry is a must.
-Experience building microservices-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
-Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks, such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
