Java Developer

About the Role

We are building next-generation Smart Court solutions that empower judges, clerks, and litigants with AI-driven capabilities — including intelligent court recording, electronic case management, real-time transcription, and legal knowledge systems. You will be part of the core backend team, developing highly reliable and secure systems that directly support digital justice transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core backend modules for court trial systems, electronic document management, trial management, mediation center platforms, and AI-assisted judicial tools

• Build scalable and secure APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications and external judicial platforms.

• Optimize performance for high-concurrency, real-time scenarios (e.g., transcription, evidence handling, live trial management).

• Collaborate with product managers and legal experts to transform judicial workflows into technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with data security, auditability, and logging requirements aligned with judicial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Strong foundation in Java, JVM, multithreading, and distributed system design.

• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, and microservice architectures.

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching/queue systems (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud technology is a plus

• Background in government or judicial systems development is a strong plus.

• Good awareness of security, compliance, and data governance.

Language & Communication

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and listening, able to work with international teams and handle technical documentation.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.

• PMP or ACP holder is a plus
