Main functions主要职责:
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies 制定销售计划并完成,支持全公司的业务计划。
Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business. 拜访客户,了解客户的需求,强化客户关系,拓宽业务。
Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform 开拓新客户,寻找其他销售机会,拓宽业务范围。
Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business. 积极收集市场信息,熟悉竞争对手和市场发展趋向,发现商机和拓展业务方法。
Take on related customer account management, including sales forecast, promotion,delivery, order handling, customer care & quality claim, customer traning and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.客户相关的管理,提高客户满意度,包括销售预测、产品推广、发货、订单处理、现场客服&质量索赔、客户培训及货款跟踪。
Coordinate internally with related departments the necessary information and actions to comply with sales objectives. 与内部相关部门协调必要的信息和行动,以达到销售目标。
Support in product development when necessary to get new business opportunities. 必要时支持产品开发以获得新的业务机会。
Requirements of the job 岗位要求:
At least 3 years of related AFM bearing experience or automotive spare parts experience with basic English skills,better to have both.
3年以上售后市场轴承销售或汽车(特别是商用车)零配件销售经验,兼具更佳。
Talented with customer relations/resources and AFM BD abilities.
极佳的售后客户关系/售后客户资源和售后业务开发能力。
Excellent logical thinking ability.
优秀的逻辑思维能力。
Better to have fluent English Skills.
流利的英语优先。
Willing to travel, spend more time with AFM customers, back to JX regularly and homebase rest of the time.
居家办公!接受长期出差,定期回嘉兴公司汇报,大部分时间做售后市场下沉工作和客户共处,其余时间居家办公。
Command of the Microsoft Office software.
熟悉OFFICE办公软件。
Strong sense of customer service, can conduct trainings/customer care for AFM customers.
良好的客户服务意识,能给售后客户提供相关培训及现场客服支持。
