1.Nationality & Language
Brazil national with profound local market expertise, strong cultural awareness, and seamless integration capabilities in Brazilian business environment.
Native fluency in Portuguese for business negotiations, documentation, and client communication
2.Basic Requirements & Education
Minimum 18 years old; physically/mentally fit to handle work pressure while maintaining productivity and positivity.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, ideally in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or Economics.
3.Legal Compliance & Chinese Skills
Willing to complete all Chinese employment formalities (work visa, permits, etc.) in full compliance with national regulations.
Functional Mandarin for daily tasks and teamwork; culturally adaptive to Chinese workplace norms and social values.
4.Marketing & Sales Skills
Skilled in gathering/analyzing market data (size, competition, trends) to inform strategies, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Proven ability to identify prospects via diverse channels; prior success in Brazil market expansion or sales is a strong advantage.
5.Professional Integrity& Others
Ethical, discreet with confidential data, accountable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented to overcome challenges.

4.市场开发与销售技能
