1. To assist Sales Executive to complete all tasks, especially OVQ inputs and related work, mainly to cope with additional workload caused by the adoption of OVQ.
2. Assists sales to fill up the given allocation with maximum revenue, achieves principal and management’s objective.
3.Complies company’s procedure and audit / QC policies, enhances MSC brand and market reputation.
4. Timely provides SCT codes, TMS codes to customers.
5. Assists sales for customers’ rate and other inquiries, collates customers’ rate requests and input to OVQ timely.
6. After rate is approved in OVQ, replies to customers on behalf of sales timely.
7. Assists sales to finish the weekly reports and ad-hoc tasks.
8. Follows up nomination cargo and reverts feedback to overseas agents.
9. Works closely with trade team and other departments to carry out the day-to-day follow up and operation.
10. Finish the OVQ inputs and other tasks on time with 100% accuracy.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Basic written / spoken English
3. Basic computer / Microsoft office skills
