Key duties:

• Regular clients visit, introduce the company’s
advantages shipping routes, service items, and preferential policies, etc.

• Search for potential customers through various channels.

• Collect market information and submit weekly market analysis report.

• Provide customers with reasonable freight quotations according to their needs and the company’s policies, conduct negotiations for the best cooperation terms.

• Updating and filing import rate tariff, special offer.

• Keep track of the import lifting performance and record keeping.

• Answer telephone queries and provide customer services.

• Assist customers in problems relating to inbound container delivery.

• Ensure customer requirements are clearly transferred to Transshipment, Operations, and Documentation Departments for further action

• Complete tasks within deadline

• Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies

• Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager and management

• E service promotion.

Job requirements:

• University graduate, Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related majors preferred.

• English (CET4 or above), good written and oral expression skills.

• Be honest, hard-working, and have a strong spirit of teamwork.

• Good communication skills and strong learning and adaptability.

• Candidates with industry sale work experience or channel customer resources will be given priority.
