Key duties:
 - Handle short shipment request and apply with state agent. 
- Update Transshipment Port List, Special Port Routing List to related parties.
- Handle/co-ordinate various special requests (i.e. changing of destination, special routing etc) with related parties
- Help to track & trace idling equipment cases
- Handle customer queries/complaints and ensure customer orders/requirements are clearly transferred to all concerned parties
- Monitor and maintain schedule and announce.
- Send freight inquiries to corresponding parties in regards of the anonymous
 shipment
- Prepare retrieval instruction to WDC according to principal’s rating policy
- Follow up freight M/C and checking
- Make SSE Tariff & Contract filing
- Coordinate with Logistics team to reposition special equipment as per customer needs.
- Check & trace with relevant parties for extra costs incurred during
 transportation and send m/c instruction for confirmed payments
- Work with GVA DOC and Greece SSC to remind NVOCC to complete or revise AMS filing
- Apply with AMS center for new SCAC code based on NVOCC’s requirement 
- Check with oversea agent for freight collect/elsewhere payment approval
- Apply and file Sea Waybill agreements
- Assist to guide / push customers’ VGM submission and set deadline in system
- Explain or consolidate to GVA to clear KO BLs in daily/monthly/yearly pending KO report
- WDC DR plan follow-up
- Maintain customers contact details for notice delivery
- Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
- The Customer Service department is to provide customers with before-sales and after-sales service, to co-ordinate with all internal parties to make business in compliance with company policy and relevant law/regulation.
- To have a close contact with local clients, booking agents, third party service providers and internal departments to deliver the quality service and make compliance to the existing SOP and instruction.
Job requirements: 
·      University graduate, major in Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related is preferred
·      Freshmen is acceptable, more than one year of
relevant work experience is preferred 
·      Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
·      Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure
·      Be proficient in MS Office
·      Basic command of English (CET4 or above)
·      Be fluent in Mandarin and English
