【Position Summary】
Be a key player in the order process fulfillment and improvement; Contact window between internal and external teams

【What You Will Do】
• Support order process and fulfillment for designated customer segments.
• Work with Supply Chain team for import & export & local delivery
• Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service
• Support other task assigned by line manager

【What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)】
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Good English skills including speaking and writing
• Good computer application skill, SAP experience is preferred
