岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 使用
Java 技术栈开发和维护后端服务，支持数字化应用（如配色系统、订单管理）

Develop and maintain
backend services using Java stack, supporting digital applications (e.g., color
matching system, order management).

• 参与云平台部署与运维，主要基于
Azure 和阿里云，确保系统稳定性和安全性

Participate in cloud
platform deployment and operations, primarily on Azure and Alibaba Cloud,
ensuring system stability and security.

• 搭建并维护
Azure DevOps CI/CD 流程，实现构建、测试和部署自动化，提升交付效率

Build and maintain
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes,
improving delivery efficiency.

• 与涂料业务团队和数字化团队紧密协作，推动
DevOps 实践落地，支持跨部门项目实施

Collaborate closely
with coating business and digital teams to implement DevOps practices and
support cross-functional projects.

任职要求 / Requirements

• 精通
Java 后端开发，熟悉 Spring
Boot 框架

Proficient in Java
backend development, familiar with Spring Boot framework.

• 熟悉数据库（MySQL、MS SQL Server）及缓存技术（Redis）

Familiar with
databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and caching technologies
(Redis).

• 了解云服务（Azure、阿里云）及 CI/CD 流程，具备实际操作经验

Knowledge of cloud
services (Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and CI/CD processes with hands-on experience.

• 熟悉容器化技术（Docker），了解 Kubernetes

Familiar with
containerization technologies (Docker), and basic understanding of Kubernetes.

• 具备良好的问题分析能力和团队协作精神，能支持跨部门沟通

Strong
problem-solving skills and team collaboration, able to support cross-functional
communication.
