工作内容：

*Ensure of supplier capacity and capability.

*Lead and solve capacity issue and supplier crisis by working closely
with cross-function team and plant.

*Maintain purchasing required information (e.g. component price, tooling
related) in system.

* Leading resourcing / localization activity by commodity.

* Support for VE/VA activities.

* Plant visits and supplier visits, if required.

* Apply engineering change in supplier, if required.

*Lead the EC change requested by suppliers (relocation, sub-supplier
change, machine change…).

*Ensure component availability and supplier readiness, as required.

* Execute cost improvement plans, if required.

* Ensure serial component capacity (backup tooling) in place for plant
needs, as required.

*Tooling lifetime management after SOP.

* Support solving dead tooling/stock.

*Lead various types of survey about supplier risk.

*Ensure supplier management under strategy by commodity, as required.

*Other tasks assigned by team leader.

在系统中保存采购所需的信息（例如零部件价格、模具相关的信息）。

按商品类别开展资源调配/本地化工作。

对虚拟/增强现实活动的支持。

* 根据需要进行工厂视察和供应商视察。

如有需要，对供应商进行工程变更操作。

负责处理供应商提出的有关生产设施的变更事宜（包括搬迁、分包商变更、机器更换等）。

确保零部件的供应充足以及供应商的准备就绪，具体要求视情况而定。

如有需要，执行成本改进计划。

* 根据工厂需求，确保具备相应的串行组件库存（备用模具）。

标准操作程序实施后的工具使用期限管理。

* 支持解决闲置模具/库存问题。

开展各类与供应商风险相关的调查。

按照要求，按商品类别确保供应商管理符合战略要求。

*团队领导分配的其他任务。
