【岗位职责】

• Be
responsible for revenue recognition, receipts collection for all sales
transactions from E-shop.

• Reconcile
weekly e-wallet receipts statement with SO status in ERP. Oversee cash
collection and reconcile customer accounts. Identify issues and work with
business teams to understand root causes and provide solutions from
accounting/finance perspective.

• Review
working paper & documentation needed to record transactional entries
accurately according to accounting policies.

• Responsible
for general accounting & policy application for all cycles including
receivables/payables, inventory, revenue recognition, intercompany, etc.

• Complete
all month-end closing activities.

• Ensure
high data quality and provide periodical reports to support business data
analysis and business decision making.

• Identify
opportunities & deliver solutions to reduce manual routines.

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

【任职资格】

• Experience

3-5 years of experience at large
multinational companies. Ideally have experience in ecommerce/retail.
Experience as AR accountant, preferably GL accountant experience

• Communication
Skills

Strong communication and problem-solving
skills Fluent written and spoken English.

Independent, mature, and self-motivated,
demonstrating a proactive and “can-do” attitude.

Capable of working under pressure.

• Qualifications

bachelor’s degree in accounting or above;
CPA or equivalent certificate is preferred
