Key Responsibilities
·Lead the sourcing strategy to structure regional supply base for yearly target achievement and support regional business growth.
·Support regional NPI.
·Contribute yearly cash flow improvement and MCS saving
·Build and manage APAC supply base to support each site with best case in delivery and quality
·Support/define commodity Purchasing Strategies.
·Monitor major raw material trend, and make business decision to reduce risk and get benefit, to support business growth.
·Support Asian supplier development when required for specific product lines.

Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
·Bachelor/Master in Engineering/Business background
·Minimum 5 years global sourcing experience in multinational automotive industry, specialize in high mix low volume products or aftermarket sourcing experience is preferred
·Familiar with the cost drivers, former experience in chemical/battery/ignition products is preferred
·Experience to take strategy ownership, available to work across global various working cultures and timing
·Solid project management experience
·Familiar to quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D…)
·Experience in Lean Manufacturing and use Six Sigma tools
·Excellent Office and SAP tool ability
·Willingness to travel frequently
·Self-motivated, leadership and Charisma
·Proficiency in English
