Intelligent warehouse implementation engineer

Main Responsibilities 主要职责（Tasks, Specifics）

Be responsible for initiate maintenance plan, maintenance budgets, optimize
spare parts management, improving equipment utilization and other logistics
related supporting work for warehouse logistics equipment.

负责制定维护计划、维护预算，优化备件管理，提高设备利用率以及仓库物流设备的其他相关物流支持工作。

• Be responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse
logistics equipment, promptly solve problems occurring in warehouse logistics
equipment, and ensure the overall performance of logistics

• Summarize the problems, root causes and solutions of warehouse logistics
equipment, accumulate technical knowledge and improve the efficiency of solving
machine problems

• Initiate the maintenance management of the entire life cycle of warehouse
logistics equipment, and keep records and archive timely.

• Be responsible for the selection of logistic equipment, purchase and
management of spare parts related to warehouse logistics equipment

• Put forward early warning suggestions for the maintenance of warehouse
logistics equipment, and based on the maintenance suggestions by equipment
manufacturers, propose improvement plans

• Provide technical guidance and training related to equipment for the
blue-collar maintenance team

• Initiate reports on the shutdown of warehouse logistics equipment, upgrading
and transformation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement etc.

• 负责仓库物流设备的预防性维护和故障排除，及时解决仓库物流设备出现的问题，确保物流整体性能

• 总结仓库物流设备的问题、根本原因及解决方案，积累技术知识，提高解决设备问题的效率

• 发起仓库物流设备全生命周期的维修管理，并进行及时记录和存档

• 负责仓库物流设备相关物流设备的选型、备件采购及管理

• 针对仓库物流设备的维护提出预警建议，并根据设备制造商的维护建议，提出改进方案

• 为蓝领维修团队提供与设备相关的技术指导和培训

• 发起关于仓库物流设备停机、升级改造、降本增效等方面的报告

Main
Requirements 主要职位要求

• Bachelor's degree (or above) majoring in mechanical engineering,
mechatronics, automation or related fields

• With over 5 years of experience in the maintenance and management of
logistics equipment are preferred

• Be familiar with mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams of
equipment

• With more experience of the brands of commonly used components and spare
parts for warehouse logistics equipment

• Be familiar with the working principles of warehouse logistics equipment
(such as elevators, AGVs, roller conveyor lines, etc.) and the mechanical
working principles of other common equipment

• Automation/digitalization knowledge preferred.

• PLC knowledge preferred

• Be good at people collaboration / communication

• Be active/passion to take responsibility & be excellence in challenges

• Good Communication skills in English

• 机械工程、机电一体化、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历

• 有超过5年的物流设备维护与管理经验者优先

• 熟悉设备的机械图纸和电气原理图

• 熟悉仓储物流设备常用部件和备件品牌者优先

• 熟悉仓储物流设备（如升降机、AGV、辊道输送线等）的工作原理及其他常见设备的机械工作原理• 具备自动化/数字化知识者优先

• 熟悉PLC者优先• 擅长团队协作/沟通

• 积极主动，有责任心，勇于迎接挑战并追求卓越

• 良好的英文沟通能力
