Process Analysis and Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and automation
potential. Facilitate process mapping and solution brainstorming sessions. Create value stream maps and
conduct data and cost-benefit analyses.
Process Management: Lead process improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
Ensure effective control and continuous improvement using KPIs, feedback loops, and monitoring
systems.
Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate process documentation. Conduct training to ensure
alignment with optimized processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, logistics, sales, market management, and
quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics
Management, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or
related fields.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain process optimization, preferably in the medical device
or life sciences industry. Internship or project experience also considered for junior candidates.
