3. Academic qualification : College (Supply Chain, Engineering)
4. SAP knowledge: Yes
5. Computer skill : Microsoft (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
purchasing role:
1. Purchase materials or services in accordance to the purchasing guidelines
2. Issue PO and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
3. Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and initiatives.
4. Monitor and advise on any supply problems which may impact on the business operations
5. Support innovation projects with supplier and material risk assessment evaluation
Customer service role:
1. Ensure timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices
2. Provide administrative sales support
3. Attend to sales enquiries, following up on quotations, providing sales and customer support
4. Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
