【Key Responsibilities】
• Execute monthly billing audits and reconciliations across Warehouse, International, and Domestic Transportation, partnering with Operations to validate details and address variances, collaborate cross-functionally with operation team to drive vendor billing accuracy initiatives and enhance process.
• Analyze logistics and distribution data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively monitor logistics and warehouse expenditure, track performance variances, and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.
• Develop detailed cost models for logistics activities (transportation, warehousing, handling).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics and distribution issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations and requirements.

【Qualifications】
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in the logistics industry, with logistics analysis or supply chain cost management experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in logistics and distribution analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power-BI, SQL is a plus.
