Key responsibilities include：

1、 Lead product software verification activity, strategize testing, and formulate test plans.

2、Forcomplex problems that require cooperation across functional teams, able toindependently resolve issues by proactively communicating and coordinating withothers.

3、Participate in evaluating software quality and proposing improvement plans.

4、 Standardize testing processes and improve team efficiency.

5、Analyze requirements, design and execute test cases.

6、Participate in technical reviews and contribute to tech discussions

7、Solve technical challenges in testing and optimize testing methods.

8、Mentor junior/intermediate engineers to improve the overall ability of the team.

9、Other tasks from the manager.

Quality Specific Goals:

1、Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System,QualityManagement Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

2、Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

3、Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

4、Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables

5、Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1、Graduation in science/Engineering and at least 6 years of software testing experience.

2、Should have good knowledge of software testing methodology/processes and software development life cycle.

3、Excellent learner

4、Experience working well with the global team.

5、English skills:Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking are a must.

6、Lead software testing team or project experience and ability are a must.

7、Scrum practice working experience is a plus.
