质量监督工程师/Quality Supervision Engineer

What are my responsibilities?
1. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments and workshops to improve the
production quality, including defects collecting, analyzing and tracking;

主导和协调相关部门和车间对生产过程中产生的不良问题进行统计、分析、改进和追踪
2. Play the quality supervision role in new development projects and relocation
projects, ensure quality well controlled before and after launch;

作为质量监控角色参与新项目开发和转产/并行生产项目，确保质量受控，在新品量产之前和量产阶段
3. Work out and update process quality control documentation;

制定和更新过程质量文档
4. Be responsible for internal audit of production process;

负责定期对生产过程进行内部审核
5. Define quality in manufacturing KPIs, monitor, analyze and carry out
measures to improve;

负责定义制造过程质量KPIs, 动态监控，制定并落实优化措施

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Experienced in the quality methodologies ( e.g. 8D, A3, QC method, FEMA,
6sigma etc.);

具备质量相关方法和工具（例如8D/A3/QC手法/FEMA/6sigma等）实践经验
2. Knowledge of quality related management system;

了解相关的质量管理体系
3. Manage basic quality inspection tools, if with motor quality management
working experience is preferred;

能够使用基本检验工具和有电机生产质量管理的经验者优先
4. With good communication and coordination skills;

具备良好的沟通协调能力
5. Be proficient in using office software;

能熟练使用办公软件
6. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

3年及以上相关工作经验



What else do I need to know?
1. Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or above degree

机械相关专业本科以上学历
2. Basic written and verbal communication skills in English

具备一定英语读写能力
