Position Description: Provides IT services to the assigned areas and responsible for computer system validation/remediation, doing plan, developing and delivering corporate/regional/local computer systems projects and post-implementation support services. Make sure the IT solutions and tools adhere to corporate and regulatory guidelines for quality assurance and asset protection.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
1、Follow CSQ standards to ensure systems are delivered and maintained in a fully validated and compliant state
2、Partner with Suzhou manufacturing business area and global/regional networks to plan and clearly define projects and services
3、Develop IT project plans, manage completion of project activities and budget.
4、Design and develop, or procure, IT Systems and services that meets business requirements
5、Propose, develop, deploy and communicate business application processes to ensure proper prioritization of new requests and assessment of change requests
6、Train end users on efficient and effective ways to maximize utilization of business applications.
7、Integrate closely with China affiliate IT to drive synergies across affiliate and site with respect to business application development and support

Basic Requirements:
1、3+ years of strong background in IT with project management and data warehouse, BO, service management experience
2、Great leadership skills in both team development and project management
3、English fluency: written and oral communications
4、Self-motivated and good time-management skills
