We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our business in third-party inspection (TPI), manpower services, and offshore and chemical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international EPC, manpower, or TPI companies, with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offshore, chemical, and EPC sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, and chemical plant operators.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts for TPI, manpower supply, and offshore inspection services.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise strategic plans for business growth.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure all business activities align with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum years in business development within third-party inspection, manpower services, offshore, or chemical projects.
Industry Background: Prior work experience with an international EPC, manpower, or TPI company is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of offshore projects, chemical plant operations, inspection procedures, and manpower deployment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills with a results-driven mindset. Fluent Oral English.
Travel: Willingness to travel
