Job Responsibilities:
1. Transfer customs and transportation operations for local and neighboring countries in overseas countries, familiar with the operation process of import and export;
2. Inquire with suppliers, participate in the development of local logistics plans, and strictly implement them;
3. Assist the domestic charter flight project team in coordinating customs clearance and delivery;
4. Responsible for resolving and coordinating various charter business emergencies, and promptly communicating and providing feedback to leaders;
5. Communicate with domestic and foreign customers and suppliers, track the specific operations of each transaction, and track flight dynamics; Production, review, and confirmation of relevant documents such as goods dynamics, customs declaration documents, and bills of lading;
6. Timely handle and communicate special situations that arise during business operations;
7. Other tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Accept overseas assignments for no less than 2 years;
3. Excellent English reading and writing skills, proficiency in German, French, and Spanish is preferred;
4. More than five years of experience in air freight customer service, able to independently operate import and export air and sea freight business from start to finish;
5. Overseas work experience is preferred;
6. Skilled in communication and cross departmental work coordination, with strong team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure;
7. Possess good language expression skills and the ability to handle unexpected events;
8. Priority given to Communist Party members
