JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for the operational project management. Provide management of projects ensuring that communications and processes are harmonized for assigned projects.

Monitor and manage the workflow for assigned projects to ensure all deadlines are met.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the QCO of large and medium-sized PSP Project (Quality, Cost, Operation)ensuring the right customer satisfaction.

• Managing and effectively utilize human resources to reach the defined project targets.

• Customer contacts related to the project must conform to the direction of compliance and understand to ensure consistent achievement of project goals.

• Supervise the actual operation of the project and visit the area according to the needs to ensure that the achieved performance is consistent with compliance.

• Regularly evaluate and feedback the work attitude and Comprehensive ability of the project team staff, and expect to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Complete the project analysis report on schedule and track the operation results.

• Develop and manage the submission of project related report documents according to the client’s requirements and the requirements of the project, including but not limited to expense settlement tables (including the organization of settlement materials), weekly reports, monthly reports, quarterly or semi annual reports, and annual reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management, present at external and/or internal meetings as required.

• Support BD develops network and relationships with potential sources for business development activities such as industry peers, etc.

• The execution work related to the signing of project contracts and other documents as required.

• Maintain the ability and flexibility for cross project or departmental collaboration.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if ‘preferred’)

REQUIRED

• Bachelor degree, major in nursing is required

• 3 years of working experience in the medical industry, health management industry, or patient management projects

• Familiar with office software operations, have good communication and coordination skills, have a good sense of service and professionalism. Respond to customer needs at any time.


PREFERRED

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is preferred.
