POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

This role is designed to support the promotion of newly launched PureWick (Fe External Catheter) across multiple channels, including hospitals, e-commerce and homecare settings. The specialist will assist in product trial support, customer education, training content development, and localization of global training materials. The position aims to bridge clinical insights and educational execution, enhance product acceptance, and accelerate user adoption through standardized and scenario-based training solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

1. Actively participate in product trial phases including pre-use education for nurses, on-site guidance during use, and post-use feedback collection and troubleshooting.

2. Support the sales team in enhancing customer understanding and driving clinical acceptance.

3. Iterate and enhance standardized training materials such as operation SOPs

4. Collect field feedback and clinical cases to develop education toolkits

5. Interface with the Global Clinical Education team to obtain and localize international educational materials and SOPs, driving the implementation of best practices in the local market

6. Contribute to training programs for e-commerce channels, support development of homecare-specific SOPs and training resources for patients and caregivers

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. Solid professional knowledge or extensive clinical nursing experience

2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

3. Fast learner with the ability to understand clinical processes and market dynamics

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing, Medicine, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical industry, preferably in education, clinical application, or commercial support roles.

3. Good English communication skills
