Handle the customer requirements. Give the service of pre-sales support, order support, logistics support and complaints handling.
Interface between customer and internal departments, including LCC, BU, OC, SU, to optimize the RECO handling quality.
"Concerning order, logistics, distributor and etc. information consultant, give the quick response to customer.

"Customer order change inquiring, and implement SAP data maintenance, ensure timely and correct order maintenance recognition in compliance with the company's guidelines and rules.

"Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.

Productivity continuous improvement through process optimization. Promote customer self-service platform. And administer the customer information in related system.
Other related tasks assigned by superior
Familiar with customer service; commercial and order process;
Basic knowledge in logistics issues of order processing
Basic knowledge on Contract Law, Chinese TAX system and INCOTERM;
Good communication skill with internal /external contacts;
Office software knowledge, basic SAP is preferred
Fluent English in reading and writing;
Education - Bachelor degree or above, major of business administration is preferred
