POSITION INFORMATION

Position Title: Indirect Procurement Sr. Specialist

Department & Location: Strategic Sourcing, Shanghai

China Reports to: Procurement Associate Director Marketing

SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE

The position is designed to:

- Data analytics skillset, proficiency in data analysis and excel using, and the ability to communicate findings effectively

- Supports category related services purchasing, drive effective sourcing activities via Keelvar

- Understand procurement compliance policy and able to handle project independently, work closely with stakeholders to drive category execution

- Able to drive contract negotiation, cost breakdown analysis, based on business priorities, deliver financial benefit and drive value creation

- Mange purchase orders in EMP system, review and understand purchase requisition, identify vendor solution for business team and governance sourcing process, manage external partner relationship and communication

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

- Must: Working experience for direct or indirect procurement, Bachelor’s degree or above etc.

- Fluent English, effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills in English

- Ability to effectively coordinate counterparts, and good team player

- Superior follow-up skills to ensure that actions are completed, and issues are resolved in a timely manner
