Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end testing of HR systems, especially Workday.
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Postman).
• Solid knowledge of web-based application testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with stress/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation (e.g., Selenium, UIPath) and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL and SQL Server database operations.
• Experience in IIS Web Server configuration and management.
• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Has Development experience (front-end/back-end)
