岗位职责：
1. Development and implementation of supplier strategy as per assigned material field.
负责的物料组，开发并执行供应商策略。
2. Responsible for purchasing business plan and control as per assigned material field including cost analysis, price management, capacity management, risk management, etc.
负责的物料组，采购业务的计划与控制，例如成本分析、价格管理、产能管理、风险管理等商务活动；
3. Responsible for contract terms negotiation, contract drafting, contracting and maintenance, follow up implementation of contract terms.
负责合同条款的谈判，合同的起草，签署和维护，并且跟踪合同条款的执行。
4. Negotiation planning and implementation for all commercial topics with supplier.
策划与执行与供应商的所有商务议题谈判。
5. Acc.to assignment, take project purchasing role for motor product, including project budget planning and control, part TR and sourcing, price negotiation, project development, VAVE, ECN, etc.
按指派，承担电机类产品的项目采购角色，包含项目采购成本预算与控制、零件定点、零件技术会谈与定点、价格谈判、采购零件的项目开发管理、技术降本、工程变更管理等。
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.
上级安排的其他工作。
任职条件:
1. Bachelor or above in engineering major(mechanics or electronics or material) or economics.
本科及以上学历, 理工类专业(机械、电子、材料等)或工商类等相关专业。
2. 3 years or above commercial buyer working experience in automotive industry or foreign-owned manufacturer in purchasing area. With technical background is preferred.
3年及以上汽车行业或外资制造业的商务采购经验，具有技术背景优先。
3. knowledge of supplier source, RFQ & validation, supplier evaluation, familiar with procurement full process.
具备供应商选择、询价及分析、供应商评估的能力, 熟悉采购全流程。
4. logical thinking, good communication with internal and external, good negotiation skill.
逻辑思维强，具备良好的内外沟通能力，良好的谈判技巧。
5. Basic level for project management and value stream concept.
对于项目管理和价值流概念有基本了解。
6. Integrity & honesty personality, self-dignified.
廉洁, 诚实, 自尊自重。
7. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking(at least in reading, writing) .
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力(英文读、写能力为必需)。
