工作职责：
1.根据预订接受标准程序和/或相关方的特别批准验证 S/O 信息，确保正确的单证提交
2.在 MSC LINK 系统中更改订舱状态，标记待处理原因和/或警告指示（如有），并根据要求接受 S/O 修改
3.回复相关方的预订查询
4.与内部部门/客户联络，了解待处理预订中缺失的预订信息。
5.根据交易通知进行展期转换以满足分配请求。
6.与 EQP 团队协调，根据客户需求重新定位特殊设备。
7.监控预订质量并协调 IT / MSC SIN 的各种 EDI 系统问题。
8.对制裁预订进行合规性检查并确保正确提交文件 。
9.执行文档控制以进行质量检查 。
10.履行公司程序和政策中规定的所有相关职责 。
11.履行直属主管和管理层分配的任何其他工作职责
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历。
2.英语四级或以上，英语可作为工作语言。
3.熟练使用办公软件。 沟通能力强。
4.工作细心，有较强的责任心。
Key Duties:
1. Verify S/O information against booking acceptance standard procedure and/or special approval from relevant party, ensure proper DOC filing
2. Change booking status in MSC LINK System, mark the pending reason and/or warning instruction if any, and entertain S/O amendment as requested
3. Respond to relevant parties against booking inquiries
4. Liaise with internal departments / customers for missing booking information for pending bookings.
5. Do roll-over as per trade notification to meet allocation request.
6. Coordinate with EQP team to reposition special equipment as per customer needs.
7. Monitor booking quality and coordinate with IT / MSC SIN various EDI system problems
8. Perform compliance checks for sanction bookings and ensure proper document filing
9. Perform document control for quality check
10. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
11. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Job Requirements:
1.University graduate or above.
2.CET-4 or above, English could be used as the working language.
3.PC literate in MS Office,strong ability in communication.
4.Working carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility.
