主要职责：
- 领导设计、配置和实施SAP MM/PP/EWM解决方案，以满足业务需求。
- 分析业务流程，识别需求，并推荐有效的SAP解决方案。
- 配置和增强SAP MM/PP模块（良好的供应链规划理解），确保与业务流程保持一致。
- 与SAP开发团队合作，设计、开发和调试ABAP程序，包括报表、接口、用户退出、增强功能和表单等。
- 与其他SAP模块如FI/CO/SD/EWM集成
——进行系统的测试、故障排除和持续改进。
- 创建和维护技术文档，包括规范和用户指南。
- 为终端用户和初级团队成员提供培训和支持
资格要求：
至少有8-10年SAP MM/PP模块经验。在SAP毫米/PP配置和定制方面有扎实的专业知识。

SAP MM/PP-SCP Senior Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM/PP Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP functional consulting knowledge, basic ABAP skills, good communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM/PP/EWM solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyze business processes, identify requirements, and recommend effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and enhance SAP MM/PP modules(Good understanding in supply chain planning), ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Work with SAP development team to design, develop and debug ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements and forms etc.
-Integrate with other SAP modules such as FI/CO/SD/EWM
-Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the system.
-Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP MM/PP modules. Solid expertise in SAP MM/PP configuration and customization.
-Deep experience of SAP integration with surrounding systems and lead large scale project implementation with S4 HANA. （3+ years in S4 and 3 full cycle projects）
-Basic ABAP skills, including debugging and performance optimization.
-Familiarity with EDI/IDOC processes, integration and enhancement.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English or Japanese.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in global teams.
-Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
-Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications and technical enhancements.

PP + MM/EWM：生产与供应链的高效协同
PP（生产计划）：通过主生产计划（MPS）和物料需求计划（MRP）规划生产流程，管理从需求预测到生产订单、原材料投入及成本结算的全生命周期。
MM（物料管理）：覆盖采购、库存管理、供应商评价等，优化库存水平并提高采购效率。
EWM（扩展仓库管理）：提供波次管理、动态拣选路径、库存优化等高级仓库功能，支持大规模事务处理和复杂计算。
协同逻辑：
PP + MM：PP模块根据销售订单或预测生成生产计划，MRP自动拆解BOM（物料清单）并触发MM模块的采购需求，确保生产所需物料及时供应。生产过程中，MM模块管理原材料领用和成品入库，PP模块记录工时和成本数据，为FICO模块提供成本核算依据。
PP + EWM：EWM模块优化仓库作业（如拣货、包装、发货），与PP模块的生产订单无缝对接，实现从生产到仓储的高效流转。例如，生产完成后，成品直接进入EWM管理的仓库，通过动态拣选路径快速响应订单需求。
PP + MM：生产与物料管理的核心闭环
协同逻辑：
PP模块与MM模块形成“计划-执行-反馈”闭环。PP模块根据销售需求制定生产计划，MM模块确保原材料供应；生产过程中，MM模块实时更新库存状态（如原材料消耗、成品入库），PP模块根据库存数据调整生产计划，避免缺料或过剩。例如，若某原材料库存不足，MM模块触发采购申请，PP模块暂停相关生产订单直至物料到位。
因为S4马上要上线，需要内部补充资源未来的support和内部enhancement工作。
需要懂PP/MM/EWM模块为主，另外也要纳入现有团队做非工作时间轮班支持（不是夜班，也不是额外加班）
