SAP FICO 高级顾问
主要任务：
- 支持 SAP S/4 项目实施上线及项目后支持- 收集和分析业务利益相关者的需求 - 与团队准备业务蓝图 - 设计关键业务报告和上线活动 - 负责第三方系统功能模块的升级、迁移和集成任务
- 记录解决方案设计和 FIs/CO功能缺口AM区域。支持MM、PP、SD
上的其他物流模块决策和流程。- 编写用户手册并为SAP用户提供培训——与咨询公司合作进行S4迁移，维护文档和知识，开展内部项目并支持用户活动

- 必须具备相关领域的认可学位，至少8+年FICO经验，以及3年S /4 Hana知识。 优先考虑咨询公司或跨国全球/亚太团队的经验。 至少完成3个端到端实施周期——对SAP功能模块有深入理解并具备实践经验——具备与其他SAP模块的强力集成工作经验——能够负责SAP项目设计、测试和培训实施——在区域模板推广
中完成支持和实施工作——具备扎实的商业知识和与业务用户互动的能力——良好的沟通（书面和口头）及人际交往能力。普通话是额外的优势。- 独立，具备强大的分析能力和在压力下的工作能力
SAP FICO Senior Consultant
Main Tasks:
- Support SAP S/4 project implementation golive and post project supporting
- Gathering and analyzing business stakeholders' requirements
- Preparing the business blueprints with team
- Designing key business reports and go-live activities
- Take assignment of upgrades, migrations and integrations to third party
system
Functional Module
- Documenting the solution design and functional gaps in FI/CO/AM area. Support
other logistic modules decision and process on MM, PP, SD.
- Preparing the user manuals and providing training to SAP users
- work with consulting firm on S4 migration and maintain documents and
knowledge, deliver internal projects and
support user activities
Requirements:
- A recognized degree in related fields, at least 8+ years’ experience at FICO
and 3 years on S/4 Hana knowledge is mandatory.
Consulting firm or multi-national global/APAC team experience is preferred. Minimum
3 End to End Implementation cycles
- Deep understanding of SAP Functional Modules with hands-on experience
- Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules
- Handle SAP project design, testing, training implementation
- Has done both support and implementation experience in regional template
roll-out
- Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Mandarin
language is an added advantage.
- Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
备注：
FICO + SD：财务与销售流程的深度整合
FICO（财务会计与成本控制）：负责总账、应收账款、应付账款、成本核算、利润分析等财务事务，生成财务报表并提供决策支持。
SD（销售与分销）：管理销售订单、交货、发票等销售流程，确保数据准确性并支持从销售预测到客户交付的自动化。
协同逻辑：
SD模块在销售订单生成、交货、发票等环节自动触发FICO模块生成会计凭证（如应收账款、收入确认），实现销售流程与财务核算的实时同步。例如，客户下单后，SD模块记录订单信息，交货时自动更新库存，发票开具时同步生成财务凭证，确保账实一致。
补充说明：
因为S4马上要上线，需要内部补充资源未来的support和内部enhancement工作。
需要懂FICO模块为主，另外也要纳入现有团队做非工作时间轮班支持（不是夜班，也不是额外加班），
需要懂一些SD,PP,MM模块基本知识
