The Algorithm Engineer will be instrumental in the development and implementation of algorithms and other solutions to complex problems. This could include creating new algorithms, improving and maintaining existing ones and implementing them in software applications or webs within our semiconductor assembly factory. This role aims to enhance manufacturing efficiency, improve quality control, and drive automation processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize production workflows.

1. Algorithm Development:
a. Design algorithms and develop strategies to improve performance and address issues of algorithms
b. Provide technical support for algorithm optimizations
2. System Development & Integration:
a. Develop web/software-based system to generate, simulate, or optimize manufacturing processes.
b. Integrate algorithm solutions with existing manufacturing systems and platforms to ensure seamless operation.
c. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure compatibility and robustness of computer vision setups.
3. Data Analysis and Model Training:
a. Develop the ETL process for manufacturing data
b. Analyze visual and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
c. Train and optimize machine learning models using extensive datasets to enhance accuracy and performance.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
a. Create detailed technical documentation for developed algorithms systems, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
b. Present findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to management and relevant stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
5. Continuous Improvement:
a. Stay abreast of advancements in advanced algorithms and data processing
Propose innovative solutions and process enhancements to maximize efficiency and product quality.

教育背景Education
Master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, software engineering or a related field.
计算机科学、数据科学、数学、软件工程或相关领域的硕士学位。

1. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java especially its data processing functions. Proficient in ETL process of data
2. Mastery of statistical knowledge and proficient in common data algorithms such as Regression Analysis, Decision Trees, SVM, KNN and Clustering.
3. Experience with front-end and back-end web development and app development is a plus
