职位描述


RESPONSIBILITÉES PRINCIPALES | MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES | 主要责任



1.Experience in managing client- supplier
relationships



2.Research new suppliers based on fully
understanding on clients request,audit potential
suppliers



3.Communicate between Client and supplier
thoroughly so all technical request and business risk are covered and noted.



4. Negotiate with supplier to get best
price and terms for Client



5.Lead the sample making and confirmation
process to make sure it goes smoothly.



6.Requesting P.O from client and send and
confirm the P.O to Supplier with proper documentation.



7.Follow up the P.O status and

communicate upon any problems during the 9.production so client is aware

of what happens real-time



8.Give training to Inspectors

with detailed and sufficient info so inspection can be done properly.



9.Communicate between Clients

and supplier if any quality problem happens in inspection, and work out a

solution which is approved by Client.



10.Communicate between Client, Supplier and
forwarder so that the shipment is done quickly with good documentation.



11.Maintain the current business
thoughtfully



12.Invite new business opportunities
positively.



13.Prepare and Lead the business trip when
appointed client come to China



1.具备管理客户与供应商关系



2.充分理解客户需求,并以此寻找合适的供应商,对供应商验厂



3.与客户及供应商充分的沟通,以确保所有的技术要求被供应商充分的理解



4.商务谈判经验,为客户争取最优的价格及条款



5.主导样品的制作以及确认过程,使该进程顺利有效进行



6.促使客户下订单,并与供应商确认订单,并取得书面的确认文件



7.跟踪订单生产过程,如有问题及时与客户汇报及沟通



8.对验货员进行充分有效的培训,使其充分理解产品及客户需求,以便完成验货任务。



9.如验货过程发现质量问题,与客户及供应商协商沟通出处理方案,获得客户认可。



10.与客户,供应商以及货代联系发货事宜,并取得相关的书面发货文件。



11.周到耐心地维护现有业务。



12.积极主动开发新的业务



13.如果客户来中国,为所有行程进行充分的准备以及陪同。




QUALIFICATIONS

1.Experience of 5 to 7 years in purchasing
management,souring

or international trading



2.University degree or above



3.Proficient in English, both spoken and written



4.Experiences

working with factory in different sector, and like to learn new thing, capable

of thinking, capable of negotiating, know office software ( words/ execel/

team/ power points, etc.) and know how to work with AI;



5. Be capable of managing multiple projects
in an environment where

activities are evolving rapidly 6.Proactive and

can-do work attitude ,can stand work pressure



7.Travel is required




Flexible working hours, able to work at
home




1.具有5-7年采购管理经验,供应商寻源或者国际贸易相关工作经验



2. 大学以上学历



3. 英语口语流利和书面英语熟练



4.在不同行业工厂工作的经验,喜欢学习新事物,善于思考,善于谈判,会使用办公软件(Word、Excel、Team、PowerPoint 等),并且了解如何与人工智能协作。;



5.能够在活动快速发展的环境中管理多个项目;



6.积极主动和正面乐观的工作态度,能承受较大的工作压力



7.能应对日常出差
