岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、配合销售完成日常的询价、根据销售计划安排销售行程和递交相关报告和报表，为销售提供必要的相关方案和数据支持等；

Support the sales team members to prepare the quotations,reports, and or presentations in daily business development.

2、与我们海外分公司或代理进行日常的协调和沟通，通过日常沟通了解后以便获取最佳的解决方案和服务

Coordinate and communicate well with our overseas branches and or agents Worldwide for best solutions and services.

3、做好销售与其他部门以及客户之间的沟通桥梁；

Assist the sales in maintaining good rapports with the customers.

4、协助销售团队,代表销售团队积极处理客户投诉并与内部沟通反馈以便顺利满足客户的需求；

Assist the sales team members in coordinating and managing the complaint cases.

5、如兼预付货客服职责，做好整理、分析、生成客户关注热点的资料，给予销售部门做市场分析，跟进大客户棘手问题的处理，培训并反馈跟进情况给客户。

Gather and analysis the market information and updates to the sales team and or customers.

岗位要求 Requirements

1、大专以上学历；

College degree or above

2、良好的工作态度，有责任感、诚实和耐心；

Good working attitudes with liability, integrity, and reliable

3、在压力下能灵活应对并有客观的工作态度；

Optimistic attitude under pressure.

4、优先考虑有1-2年以上物流行业工作经验者；

At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not limited.

5、优先考虑良好的英语听说写能力者。

Good in written and spoken English is preferred.
